Christmas has come early in Senior Infants 🎄

Today was a day full of excitement and festive fun for Senior Infants! 

To celebrate the Christmas season, the children had the special opportunity to visit each Senior Infant teacher for a fun and festive lesson. 🎄

The musically gifted Ms.Sherlock did a fabulous music lesson where each student got the chance to play an instrument!🎵

Then they had a fantastic and hands-on STEM lesson with Ms.Fitzpatrick, who took the children on a creative building adventure to make a special shelf for our school elf! 

With the artistic Ms.O'Loughlin, Senior Infants were guided them through a festive lesson on creating their very own Christmas trees!

Senior Infants then enjoyed a lesson of festive fun, yoga, and bingo, thanks to our amazing Zen teacher Ms.Minagh who guided them through a special Christmas-themed lesson!

Finally, it was a merry lesson of Christmas fun with our tech-savvy Ms.Tierney! The classroom buzzed with excitement as the children explored a variety of Christmas games, learning, playing, and having lots of fun with the school iPads!

"The best day ever" echoed through the hallway at home time.

One of the most exciting things we’ve done recently was writing letters to the North Pole to tell Santa all about the naughty things our Elf on the Shelf has been up to this year!

We had a very special trip to the cathedral to see the Christmas crib!

A bright adventure! Senior Infants visit 6th Class Science Projects

This week, Senior Infants had a very special adventure when they visited 6th Class to see their incredible science project on lighthouses. 

It was an exciting and educational experience, and the Senior Infants were absolutely captivated by the amazing work the older girls had put into their projects!
