Senior Infants had a fantastic time at Sports Day this week! We were so lucky to have such a gorgeous, sunny day — 22 degrees and not a cloud in the sky! But the temperature wasn’t the only thing heating up… the competition was too!🏃♂️🔥
A big thank you to Drumalee GAA for letting us use their wonderful football pitch. It was the perfect place for all our races, games, and activities.
We are also very grateful to the 6th Class prefects who helped us all day. They were so kind and patient, making sure we got to each station safely and had lots of fun along the way.
And a huge thanks to the teachers for organising such a fun mix of stations. From sack races to tug of war and hula hut relays, there was something for everyone to enjoy!
There were lots of smiles, a few tumbles, and plenty of cheering — we had an absolute blast!
Next stop — MILAN!🏅
